Christmas has just passed, but the festive season rang in a cheer for brands across the Flowbox community. Brands that developed a user generated content (UGC) campaign during this festive season benefitted the most, from digitally capturing their audience’s attention to running seasonal offers. Flowboxers put out holiday Flows on their websites, and Christmas advent calendars were rolled out. Many of these Christmas campaigns have us truly impressed, and as per usual, it’s time to name a winner for Flowboxer of the month – holiday edition.
Congratulations to IKEA Spain – the Spanish branch of the world’s largest furniture retailer for their outstanding advent calendar that got shoppers (even more) excited for Christmas.
IKEA is a Swedish-origin multinational conglomerate that designs and sells ready-to-assemble furniture, kitchen appliances and home accessories, among other goods and home services. Being the world’s largest furniture retailer, IKEA thrives on offering high quality, sustainable products at an affordable price.
Now back to the calendar. IKEA Spain launched their Christmas advent calendar for the first time this year, and needless to say, it has captured hearts all over Spain. In their calendar, IKEA showcased user generated content and prepared a little surprise behind every door. The campaign excelled – from great execution to driving customer excitement! What better way to celebrate Christmas than with 24 days’ worth of treats from the iconic Swedish furniture brand IKEA. The calendar included daily limited discounts up to 30% off on products that let their customers count down to the holidays in a well-designed homestyle.
