New year, new winners of our monthly competition Flowboxer of the month, where we celebrate and highlight our customers and their successes!
As always, each month has a specific theme, and this month’s theme is Flows in email. Flowbox has been offering email implementation of Flows for a long time now, but we also recently launched a new feature in the platform, called Email Assets. This feature allows brands to automatically create personalized email Flows based on the first item a customer puts in their cart. In other words, tailored content for an enhanced experience, directly into customers’ inboxes.
After reviewing many exceptional cases and different uses of Flows in email, one of our Flowboxers was crowned winner: congratulations to KICKS, Flowboxer of the month for January 2022!
Founded in 1991 in Sweden, KICKS is today the leading beauty brand in the Nordics with 230 stores seamlessly integrated with their ecommerce site, offering 30 000 products from 300 different brands. Needless to say, they’re very successful and have a lot of engaged fans and customers.
KICKS is one of our first customers to test out our new feature Email Assets, and we are in awe of the results. By implementing Email Assets in their abandoned cart emails, KICKS customers who didn’t finish their purchase were reminded with an email including a personalized selection of user generated content (UGC) based on the first product that they had put in their cart while shopping the site. The implementation was created in KICKS’ email service provider, Voyado, who is also an official Flowbox partner!
Using Email Assets for abandoned carts is genius, and we are so impressed by KICKS and their innovative ideas. They not only inspire us, but the rest of our Flowbox community, as well. Congratulations again to KICKS on becoming January’s Flowboxer of the month! 🏆
